Paul S. Cowley, P. Geo. - President, Chief Executive Officer and Director

Mr. Cowley is a professional geoscientist with over 30 years experience as an exploration, project, and consulting geologist, including 18 years with BHP in Canada, Chile, and Bolivia.   He led a team of geologists at BHP that was responsible for the discovery of 4 gold deposits in the Canadian Arctic that now have resources totalling over 5 million ounces of gold.  He was also a key member of the Gold City management team that acquired the Bissett assets and carried out the San Gold merger.  Mr. Cowley is currently a director of Appleton Exploration Inc. and Copper One Inc. and the VP of Exploration for Huakan International Mining Inc.


Keir Reynolds - Director

Mr. Reynolds has been involved in the mining and energy sectors since 2005 and has assisted in the raising of more than $120 million of equity for companies.  In April 2011 he founded Mammoth Market Advisory Corp., which specializes in advising public and private companies with their capital markets strategies to achieve industry-leading valuations.


Rebecca Moriarty - Secretary and Chief Financial Officer

Ms. McMorran,B.Sc.(Geology), CA, is a Senior Consultant with Malaspina Consultants Inc., a private company that provides accounting and administrative services to junior public companies. Prior to joining Malaspina Consultants in 2011, Ms. Moriarty spent 11 years with PwC working exclusively with resource companies. She currently serves as CFO of Callinex Mines Inc. and Redzone Resources Ltd.


Thomas Henricksen - VP Exploration and Director

Dr. Henricksen has a PhD in Economic Geology from Oregon State. He has extensive experience in gold and silver exploration, previously heading up the discovery and acquisitions of the Ollachea gold deposit (now IRL) and the Corani polymetallic silver deposit (now Bear Creek Mining Company) in Peru as a Consulting Geologist with Rio Tinto. He also served as the Chief Geologist at Norsemont Mining Inc., where he was involved with the acquisition and early exploration of the Constancia copper project that was recently sold to Hudson Bay Mining. Dr. Henricksen co-founded AQM Copper Inc. and served as the Chief Geologist where he recommended for acquisition and oversaw the early exploration program of the Zafranal porphyry copper project in Peru.


Marino J. Sveinson - Director

Mr. Sveinson is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia and a partner at Bull Housser. Mr. Sveinson provides strategic results-oriented advice and representation with respect to all stages of workplace matters and has represented clients at all levels of the courts in B.C., labour arbitrations, the Human Rights Tribunal, and the Labour Relations Board. He was raised in a family that is heavily involved in the mining industry and has provided legal advice and representation to a range of clients in the mining industry from junior exploration companies to a large international mining company.


Lorne Warner, P.Geo. –Director

Mr. Warner is a professional geologist registered in BC, ON, NWT and Nunavut and a graduate from the University of Alberta.  He has over 30 years of experience with major and junior mining companies, including Noranda Exploration and Placer Dome.  Since 2002 he has been involved in exploration management worldwide and has been highly successful in the discovery and delineation of several mineral deposits for various junior mining companies including: M Gold Zone at Detour Lake mine, the Falea uranium/silver/copper deposit in Mali and the Fatou Main gold zone in Mali.  His African experience includes work in Mali, Niger, Burkino Faso, Namibia, and South Africa.


Dr. Demetrius Pohl –Advisory Board

Dr. Pohl was instrumental in assembling the current Indigo Burkina Faso land package. Dr. Pohl spent 9 years working in West and East Africa as the principal geologist for BHP Minerals Africa, primarily engaged in gold exploration during the period from the late 1980’s to mid-1990’s. He was involved in the early identification and development of the Syama and Sadiola deposits in Mali, the Essakane deposit in Burkina Faso, and the Golden Pride deposit in Tanzania.
